- Gynecomastia surgery is performed to remove the glandular tissues from the male breasts. This surgery helps to get rid of the embarrassment caused to the males having female like breasts .
The patient is discharged after being kept under observation for a few hours post-surgery. The patient can continue with the basic activities three to four hours after the surgery. I had this surgery and it hurts like hell in chest area on the day it was done. I was unable to move any part of my body without help. I stayed in hospital for that day but pain was gone next day. I was able to walk and sit in a cab to travel back home. However it changed my life and would recommend others to get it done. I can now wear light coloured t shirts again.

@@stilesjohnson1745 Thanks. It’s quite cheap in India. I had grade 2 removal and everything cost me $850 including 1 night stay in hospital as I was unable to move.
It’s been about 2 months now and I stopped wearing compression jacket after 5 weeks. There’s a very little swelling near under arm area on both sides but doctor said it will go away after few more weeks. So far it’s looking good.
@@ajayyaudav1623 now I’m fully recovered after 2 months and started lifting weights. Numbness is still there on the nipple area though. Doctor said it will take some months but no major issues so far

It’s not that expensive now. I finally got it done and satisfied with the results. You will have to sleep in straight position for few days but it’s worth it.
@SANKET PATEL i had grade 2 level surgery. Liposuction+ incision and hospital stay cost me 54k. Many surgeons also have option for no cost emi.
@SANKET PATEL well. They will give you anaesthesia and you will go to sleep within few seconds. You won’t notice anything during operation. It’s like you are asleep and but you will get consciousness slowly. There will be pain when numbness go down but you can go through it. First night will be very tough and you won’t be able to move muscle but it will be gone by the next day and nurse would also give you painkillers.
I won’t lie but you have to adjust and sleep in straight position for at least 2 weeks. But its temporary. You will appreciate the decision after few days.
@SANKET PATEL Don’t be scared of the surgery. Of course there will be pain as a gland will be cut from your body. In my case, I wasn’t able to sleep first night. I had to lie down in incline position and wasn’t able to move muscle. Next day my pain was automatically stopped. I was able to walk to the car and traveled from gurgaon to delhi via cab without any issues.

I had gynacomastia surgery in 2008....and i started regretting the second after the surgery....my chest looks flat and ugly.....i have 2 large visible scars on my chest.....is there any way, the glands removed in the surgery be injected again to the chest?.......and the scares be completely removed?.....now i feel extremely ashamed to remove my shirt more than when i had a large chest.....please reply.....
