What is spesific Diode? 4148 / Zener Diode or something else?
It's a basic silicon diode, 100V, 0,15A

Probably a relay is bad. Or may be there is a broken connection somewhere. It is hard to tell for sure.
Can you give me clue what capasitor use in near antena ? My car alarm modul dead too.
Do you think that the capasitor is to blame? Antenna resonant capasitor rarely fails. It is more often the resonant coil connection brakes.
