One Punch Garp!!! Interesting combos (they also seem hard to perform). I like to use one that combines the standard combo with the whole great ball attack (including the spinning), the moment to use the ball is when Garp flips himself during the combo. Also, the skill tackle, you can finish people with that, it is funny xD Best combo with Garp is connecting 6 of these without letting the target touch the floor, it may not deal much damage (not even 5% of a health bar xd) but it makes your opponent respect you automatically :)
And Garp says he's getting weak in his old age. ...That kind of gives you an idea of how strong he _used_ to be... how many guesses he was the Marine that took down Kaido 10+ times?
That's why his specials suck and no one plays him probably. The only thing he can do - is the same one-shot combo as regular Doffy, because he still has overheat. But because of the useless specials, he has almost no variety, so going for one-shot is the only thing you should do with Duel Doffy.
Would be cool to see him. He has incredibly damaging combos and also he's the flashcounter god. You can flashcounter with Shanks almost at any time you want and then 50% combo easily. And you can also awaken and ultimate during the combo, which looks cool as hell. Doflamingo can do that too though.
Or someone that has a vision and could give 2 fucks about anyone that's trying to stop them. As they will keep going forward, no matter what struggles or hardships they face. Moreover, to become stronger and stronger lool.
