This is a great piece for a learner of the organ. Has similarities to Bach's famous arrangement of a Vivaldi Concerto but not as difficult to play. Wish I had known about this when learning the organ
Create a MIDI-File with 3 channels: 1 pedal, 2 lower manual, 3 upper manual. Load the MIDI-File into Hauptwerk and let it run. You can pull the register during the peace is playing. Use any screen capture software to put it into a video and upload it on RUclips...
How do you create a video such as this one? All the screen capture software that I have seen seems to use a microphone rather than the audio direct from Hauptwerk. The sound is nothing like as good as this. Thanks.
Oh, is's been more then 8 years now since I created this video and I have forgotten these details. I suppose I created a separate audio track and then merged the who together.
Normally no Problem, but I had to take note, that the file is gone after updating my operating system. Maybe Zynwave stored the Midi-Files in a "Program"-Folder, in any case they are gone now, sorry!
TheCharly61 No problem, thank you for the video, the combination of ranks you used throughout the whole performance is beautiful. Great job. You should make more!
If you can find and direct me to the midi file I would LOVE to try it on my St. Anne's (Moseley) (North Church) setup for Hauptwerk 4.x. This sounds promising :) you can check my channel and listen to various Hauptwerk setups.
As I postet before, the midi file ist sadly no longer available. Maybe, if there is time at next holydays, I will produce it again and you can try it on all your setups ;-)
I have finally been able to listen to this recording as if St. Annes organ was in a bigger space. If you are interested in hearing it let me know and I post "video" with it. OR I can post it on contrebombarde as mp3 if you like.
Love this transcription of Vivaldi. J.G.Walther did a great job, like Bach's amazing transcriptions of Vivaldi's works. Superb interpretation

Dankeschön Maestro.
Ich kann es versuchen jetzt, es zu spielen.

Is there any chance you could share the MIDI file?

Vivaldi RV 275
Here is the piece in a "larger space" www.contrebombarde.com/concerthall/music/25756
Enjoy :)
Tank you, nice :-). What kind of reverb is it, software or hardware processor?
Software, Cockos Reaper with reaVerb convolution reverb from applied impulse response files from real church. More examples on my channel too.
