I just purchased this guitar this evening. I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself. I'm really excited about it. That Demo Video is so hot and just sounds so great. Excellence in the recording quality of the video too. Very professional and polished work in demonstrating the GA5F BW. Mine that is coming has Solid Red Cedar Top & Blackwood Back& Sides. Methinks that is an interesting combination of woods for acoustic. I've spent the last two years researching acoustics. It sounds like a very powerful but yet sweet sounding guitar. KUDOS for sure to the performer in this video. That is very high level playing.
@@goyalnaman99 I suppose it ultimately depends on what you're looking for in your instrument. But keep in mind that Cort is one of the largest manufacturers in the world. They build guitars for A LOT of different companies, so they have plenty of experience. In my opinion, if you buy an instrument directly from the factory that builds it, you're going to get the best they have to offer, dollar for dollar. You're not paying for extra costs, like retooling, rebranding, or crazy retail markups. Just keep doing your research until you're absolutely positive you know what you want.
It has been two years since you purchased this guitar. Was it good as you thought watching this promo, the sound and all else ? Does it serve you well?
I own one. The action seems perfect. I guess it depends on the local cort dealers. Some of them do adjust it for you. If not you just need to sand the nut down a bit. I have purchased 3 cort guitars and all 3 including the very cheap one have reasonable action. I adjusted one slightly to improve playability. Also, if you play with bigger string gauge, that will be more important
if you buy a cort get the action lowered professionally mine was painfully to high now it plays good and sound good too. MR AS plus watch out for humidity or heat keep in a case when possible unless you have a steady temperature
This guitar looks and sounds very good for its price. The biggest weakness is the machine heads. The knobs are made with soft rubberised plastic. These degrade very quickly. If they were made from hard plastic, metal or wood, then it would last. Rubberized plastic is the worst material to have on anything bcos it degrades very quickly. From camera bodies to zipper tags.. they all disintegrate fast
Hi parrot . I have a question . I want to buy this guiter . is it a professional guiter ? If i get a chance to play for stage or studio recording then the guiter is perfect for that or is it only for begginer ? i want to buy a guiter for life time . buy a guiter, use one and two years then sale the guiter and buy a other guiter again. I don't like to do that .
@@santu3061 Check the Fender CD140SCE. Slightly more expensive but comes with a good case and bone but and saddle. Go to a store and play a few guitars then buy the one that suits your taste and style.
ধন্যবাদ দাদা রিপ্লাই দেওয়ার জন্য | আমিও প্রথমে ভেবেছিলাম যে Cort এর ঐ দুটো গীটারের মধ্যে কোনো একটা নেব | একেবারে ঠিকই করে ফেলেছিলাম | কলকাতার একটা দোকানের সাথে কথাও হয়ে গেছিল | ওরা বলেছিল আনিয়ে দেবে | এর সাথে Yamaha fgx800c গীটারটাও পছন্দ ছিল | Cort ga5f bw, ga5f pf, Yamaha fgx800c, Cort mr710f, mr600f ....এই পাঁচটা গীটার বেশি পছন্দ হয়েছিল | এর মধ্যেই কোনো একটা নেব ভেবেছিলাম | mr600f বাদ দিলে বাকী চারটে গীটারের দামই প্রায় সাতাশ-আটাশ হাজার টাকার মত | এইজন্য ভাবলাম যে mr600f গীটারটাই নেব | আমার গম্ভীর আওয়াজ ভালোলাগে যেটা আমার এখন যে গীটার আছে সেটাতে একদমই নেই | এই জন্য Dreadnaught গীটার কেনার কথা ভাবলাম | Dreadnaught গীটারের Bass টা নিশ্চই ভালো হবে |

Would Fender or Yamaha Guitars be a better option in this price range?

It's a good guitar and well worth the value. Great sound. The built in guitar tuner is a great addition. I've never plugged it in though.
