I don't see any frans. Everyone else keeps making a big deal out of how 'cute' they looked, but I just see Sans trying a last ditch effort to stop the resets. In the process making Papyrus worry, and possibly hurting himself and Frisk.

Frans isn’t really a ship that’s shipped “canon” per say, i ship it more because of comic dubs :) in the real game i don’t see it at all

Sans just pissed off and tired for Reset.
Isyraf So I figured out what happened while driving to my college class. With SAN’s blue magic, he’s able to take control of a person and move them how he wants ((kinky)). I think he grabbed her Determination and basically hotwired it to be always happy with the life she’s in now that way she never resets, or something like that. I would love to see Toreil and Papyrus reaction cause it’s like,” HOW DARE YOU DO THAT TO FRISK?!?.” Then SAN’s crys out,” I just wanted our happy ending to stay and I didn’t want to wake up in Snowden again.” He then explains the resets and how it’s happpened like 12 times now. What will Toriel and Papyrus say? My idea............ Papyrus tells Undyne............... Undyne to alphys: “HEY SEXY LIZARD, FIX THIS SH*T RIGHT NOW!!!”

Frisk with their eyes opened after That happened (well i never saw their eyes opened in Undertale XD

Frisk turned into Chara and promised no to hurt anyone or reset anymore, therefore Sans is more motivated as the world wont be reset anymore

I was also think about how sans is definitely more active and interested in the world, without the risk of it being repeated he would probably love to enjoy moments while they last.
My guess however, is that Sans 'bonded' their souls somehow, hence causing him to melt in the process. After that Frisk does what he wishes/is doing. Near 9:22 Frisk is constantly smiling, sans's face is a permanent smile, and I doubt sans knows how to frown due to his skeleton body.
Final conclusion: Sans is going pick up his sock.
