This looks so much safer than the Katla ice cave. This tour was not available when I was there during May because the ice was melting. I had to do the Katla ice cave near Vik, with wooden planks across water rushing, many yards down, with no hand rails. I was a nervous wreck, but I had a great tour guide who held my hand. I called him "My Viking God"!
Hi! this looks amazing! My husband and I are going to Iceland in October. I just have a couple of questions if you don't mind. 1. I noticed you were all wearing masks, is that of your own choosing or were you require to? 2. At any point did the cave tour feel claustrophobic? I get a little nervous in small/tight spaces. We simply explained the age range of our kids and the Forest would be in the baby carrier. Lucky, that let us come. It was a great experience. Did you check with the company that we went with? I believe there’s a link in the description.

Hi, could you please let me know if you managed to do this? We are going in June and from my research the only “cave” that we can see is Katla :-/
