It really is! It’s the coolest tones. The three colors can be used any way that you want. I’m in the mauve/plum stage of life. Xo 😘

I thought I was going to get the medium rose gold until I watched this. I find the deep one absolutely stunning on you and wouldn’t have even considered it before watching your video. I am very cool toned and light medium complexion so I think that will be the one I get. I didn’t catch what you have on your eyes. What palette is it? It looks amazing on you! Great video. Welcome Angela👋,
I have the same problem with things turning orange on me. I have started realizing that mauve/plum is in my wheelhouse. Getting lumped into a group of “medium” can backfire. I went with the rose blush for the winter collection. I should have gone with mauve. I can control the intensity, but changing the tone is not an option. I have to be really careful with warmer tones. The shadows I’m wearing are from an indie brand called Phytosurgence. I have a video going up tomorrow with the new eyeshadows. Take a peek at their IG. They are a couple from Vancouver who have built a fabulous beauty business. I adore Jason & Tom. You will, too. 🤩 xo

Great review, thanks so much. I don’t need another palette, but of course I want it 😂 If I were to pick one up it would be used only for holiday/travel. I would get the medium coral but I’m worried about how warm that bronzer shade is and how subtle the highlighter is. Also, is a large palette easier to travel with?🤔 Hmm not sure. Well I’m still on the fence on this. When it comes to Chanel the FOMO is real because everything is LE and no time to contemplate just buy. Kinda puts me off ☹️ but I do love Chanel makeup ❤️

Hi Gianna, This year the Comete is producing a lot of makeup. There are more releases than usual. The 100th anniversary of Chanel color cosmetics is filled with LE releases. I think that this can cause the FOMO everyone feels. I think the things we are unsure about buying should be a pass. There is so much makeup. Everything you buy should be special. I don’t have the medium palettes, but the Light Coral bronzer was much warmer than I prefer. I found myself picturing what colors I would put together if I had made those palettes. And, like you said, we love Chanel makeup. I would wait until something really speaks to you. 🤩 BTW, Dior is launching pink lilac, poppy coral, and bronze makeup for summer. The colors are really beautiful. 😍xo

Great review, Michelle, as usual🙌 All looks beautiful on you. But for me its easy pass. When it comes to bronzer, i have dificulty, to find warm bronzer. All bronzers i bought before, it doesnt work for me, my favorite is Sisley Phyto touche, but its not matte, so finally i found 2 bronzers, that fits my light to medium warm complexion. YSL in 4, and Hermes in 2. And i just got them both. Blushes, i bought all the blushes from previous Chanel collections. And i do have many highlighters, including, all 3 Chanel Les symbols. So to me its not worth. That would be great in my younger days, when i was Beach girl, always tanned and used very minimal makeup. So this would be everything i need. But because, my life is different, its quite complicated, i have been caregiver, now for 14 years, since my husband became paralyžed. So i dont travel 😔 Have a blessed day🙏❤️

Hello sweet Giedre, It's great to hear from you. It sounds like you are all set with beautiful makeup. Finding the right bronzer is tricky. I know both of the ones you chose are fabulous and perfect for warmer skin tones. You are set with blush and highlighters. What a good feeling! ❤️. We were all beach girls, right? There was nothing better than sunning yourself and getting tan. Well, it isn't great now, but I know what you mean. I'm so sorry to hear that your husband is paralyzed. Being a caregiver is not an easy thing. You are so strong and loving. He's beyond blessed that you are his wife. Anytime you want to take your mind off of stress, I'm here to talk all things beauty. Take care 🥰 xo

I am very fair but I find as long as a formula is soft and easy to blend I can make darker bronzers work. That's very important though and a lot of formulas are too pigmented 😅but I own a Tom Ford face palette w a really dark looking contour /bronzer but the formula is somewhat satin, light and very easy to blend so I get good results. I use it more as contour as its cooler leaning.

My favorite bronzers are from Phytosurgence. They have 12 shades. 6 golden and 6 rosy. They each come in 6 intensities. You can go on their website. Hit up their IG to see the collection. They are a great indie brand doing amazing things. I’ll check back here in a little while. I’m painting trim in my house today. Xo

I'm not sure what to think about most of these special releases🤷a tad underwhelming? Chanel should do more about their packaging. The formulas no matter how fancy are the cheapest part of a make up product, higher costs come with expensive customised packaging. This is very cheaply to produce packaging for Chanel. No cost was put into making the presentation special. Where does the creativity come in here or the appreciation for the anniversary? Considering that this is a special year for Chanel beauty.... Let's think about some of the beautiful imprints we have seen in the past or the Byzance collection last year. Or how about making the outer carton packaging more exciting even if you keep the black packaging. That would cost very little but be effective. I'm thinking about the special release from Lancome in collab w the Louvre. That's worthy of an anniversary. Chanel could easily do it
