As crazy as it may sound, I never felt like Sammy was considered to be The Singer at any point in the rock and roll era but the reality is that he is absolutely a phenomenal singer for classic rock tunes. He has also been one of the greatest rock and roll advocates to ever walk the earth. He’s super positive and he is a good guy who is always on the go. He deserves a special award for his keeping the fun and the flame alive. Bravo Sammy Hagar🏆

That keyboardist has a pretty sweet gig. I guess he's mostly for backing vocals? Because most of these songs have almost no keyboards to begin with, and in the clips I've seen he's absolutely nowhere in the mix. Just do the standard rock and roll gimmick and hire three hot chicks to sing backup. lol

Yeh, I can think of no one better than Satriani to play in the absence of Eddie; but Eddie is Eddie. Not only that, Eddie had an amazing stage presence that is hard to match. Credit to Joe for making this happen.
I love Sammy, Michael and Jason, but this whole BOAW's Tour is a complete disaster. First of all, for a Tribute to Eddie, why is Sammy singing so much of his own material? Not to mention, the always clinical and Soul-Less Joe Satriani doing "Satch Boogie"? Guitarist-wise, Sammy should have hired Reb Beach, Paul Gilbert or Alex Skolnick for example. Also, Sammy has this long video montage before they hit the stage NOT of Eddie/VH, but showcasing Sammy's career. Huh?? And not to state the obvious, it would have been great to have DLR sing his songs, and Sammy do his VH-era material. So basically, we have the Chickenfoot band, doing a tribute to Eddie. I don't know what the Production Crew was thinking when this was organized, but this whole thing is a complete let-down, and comes across very half-assed.
