Thanks for the video, the singing in the video was nice, I've never heard it before.

Oh yeah, we crossed Texas in March. It is amazing how the terrain changes so drastically. We stayed at an Airstream community near Waco for a couple of days. We love the Airstream parks.

That must have been the same North Texas Airstream Community we stayed at. We've also been to Virginia Highland Haven and Land Yacht Harbor in Florida. I agree - we love them.

Wow, that rainbow was spectacular!! Isn't it exciting when you finally get to an area where the landscape is truly different than where you're from? For us, that was the moment when it started to feel real and like we were really exploring. Enjoy your travels and maybe we'll catch you down the road!

Thanks for watching and as you know, we enjoy your channel very much. We'll be doing the UP of Michigan and the northern plains as we make our way to Loveland next year and you've given us some good ideas.

Getting to Texas was a big goal for our Summer Trip 2019. For a couple of Vermonters, the desert scenery was so spectacular!

What direction were you going that you had to go thru the border check? Did you actually have to cross the border to get to Seminole Canyon? Did they inspect the AS for food, plants, pets, alcohol or firearms or will they do that when you leave? Or is all that permissible unlike the CA checkpoint? Safe travels

Hi Donna and thanks for watching! What we show in the video was not a "border" check. We were traveling on US90 from Del Rio to Seminole Canyon and entirely within the U.S. We also encountered a similar inspection station on our way out of Big Bend National Park traveling towards New Mexico. In both cases the CBP personnel asked a few questions (nothing on alcohol, pets, plants, etc.) and let us on our way.
