Bravo to the Oregon media/content team for this series, and all the great work over the past few years. Taking the innovation of Oregon to every platform and not just the field. Really have enjoyed learning about some of the people that aren't typically in front of the camera as well as the players more as people.
Watching these videos feels like we are at the beginning of a dominant legacy. Oregon sets the standard in innovation, they did it with shoes, they did it with uniforms, and now they are doing it with production, fans have never been more invested in a season ever, period.
Their Vimeo game hype videos back in the day were outstanding. They’re always pushing to be the best in everything they do on and off the field. Sco Ducks!

As a photographer and a content creator for a high school program, these videos are inspiring. The attention to detail and story telling is amazing. Congrats to everyone that has a hand in producing this content. I've always liked Oregon football, but now I'm becoming a fan of the Ducks.

that clip of DAT scoring on the opening kickoff vs kstate is my favorite oregon play ever, i don’t think a single play in cfb history has ever made more of a statement than that return.

Yeah, I've been super stoked about him. TBH, he's bigger than your typical Lanning guy, but with the speed they mentioned, I assume that as long as he can cover, Lanning's cool with it. If you watched the UGA game, it was a prime example of 5-star linebackers who were too big to cover receivers. After they left before the bowl game, they played walk-on LBs-guys who could actually cover WRs-and ended up beating UNC in the Holiday Bowl and playing better than the previous #1 and #2 Lb in the country be cause they could not cover also Cristobal is just awful at developing talent And play calling not letting coordinators do their jobs. Another thing I love is you know Frosr once said " you can't recruit to Oregon it was impossible" Lanning and Cristol said hold my beer since 2018 I belive it's been 6 top 10s in last 8 cycles lmao. That year frost left Oregon had 28 4 and 5 stars they have something like 60 now him and helfrich had guys like Tua begging to come to Oregon and they missed because they got sick of waiting same with manzeil just didn't act like they cared at all. Well the Tua thing made them have to settle last minut on a kid with one offer to Montana where his brother worked and he was a hometown kid. Don't know what happened to him something Herbert or Justin or something. Talk about falling in your lap!

Eugene's a great place to live. An hour from the coast, an hour from the mountains, beautiful rivers and waterfalls nearby. Yeah, lots of rain and grey days ... but all that keeps it green and lush.
I’m a Tennessee fan and a Oklahoma State fan, and I will be cheering for Oregon in the Big 10!! I hope Oregon does really amazing and wins it all in the Big 10! I will always cheer for Oregon against every other team in College Football EXCEPT if they ever play against my teams Tennessee or Oklahoma State in either a non-conference regular season game or in a bowl game! (And I especially want Oregon to beat Ohio State this year!) I hate Ohio State and I can’t stand them!
This was the best episode yet. To the whole production team - excellent job. Incorporating the equipment managing stuff with more than just a token nod. Featuring decades of history, dual sport prowess, tracking down that pre-renovated Hayward hurdle domination from Brock…. I would have liked to see Dennis Dixon featured in the speed montage…..we were partners in a Sociology class. Walter Thurman III….I was @ Cal for post grad and traveled back for Ducks v Bears….the game opening kick ugh. Poor guy. You covered more subject matter in 26 minutes than any Hard Knocks episode. You’re also defeating that Showrime/CBS money who did those shows on Clemson, Florida State and some Catholics from Indiana. As a former Pole Vaulter….nice featuring of the Greek Swede to highlight the compete with your damn self.
I ran track as a young kid at Hayward field, used to train on pre’s trail at Springfield high, 1980, we used to see the Oregon team of Alberto Salazar, Mcchesney twins, Rudy Chapa and Don Cleary pass by us! Oh and my Mom knew Prefontane well!😉👍
I can relate. My friend and I were out early one morning running the footbridge and the bike path over to Alton Baker and thought we were really bookin'. Two guys who were just chatting passed us by like we were standing still. Alberto and Rudy. Man, I miss Eugene. Good times there for 16 years.
I know this series is likely a one-off because it is their inaugural season in the B1G but man, no other college football media team is doing anything like this and it would be AWESOME if they did this every season. These videos are going to be a gold mine for recruiting. Lanning is playing chess and we're all just trying to keep up.

Great recruiting pitch for duel sports players. Jonah Williams has Oregon as one of his top choices and he is in a very similar position as Bryce. Good video with lots of nuggets. I hope the recruits watch it.
I don't know where Oregon ranks in actual team speed - there are some very fast team around the country. But no one has ever accused Oregon of being "slow". Speed at all positions. That's what they stress. Speed & Power.

boise state will come into town and remind you who the team in the west is. oregon has always been a couple steps behind boise state in terms of coaching, facilities, budget, and athletics overall.
I still cant believe Pleasant is the California high school 100m record holder. A lot of fast guys have come out of California. I believe his time was 10.16, thats insane. I though thomas Tyner was fast who is the oregon high school record holder in the 100. At 10.3 something. I played with a guy in high school who won oregon state 100 twice, and he only got down to the 10.5s.
I view this as a multi part hype video & inside look. As a duck fan I love it, but if non fans are watching this wanting storylines & drama like Hard Knocks it ain’t that. Sco
