@@donnybrook5671 I agree totally. But only because you mentioned humble AND attitude, which player in the recent past in your opinion (if not Scheffler) has had the most successful combination of both? The answer may not be the most successful player so it’s obviously a very subjective question.
@@cwg73160 JT had his insane year in 2017. Since then he just hasn’t been playing on that same level. If Scottie wins any major this year it would very comparable to JT’s career trajectory, that is unless Scottie actually continues his hot streak into the next few months/years and can hold world #1 for a long time (several months at least).
@@ChinchillaisGod And credit to JT yesterday, he shot almost lights out. If the first round was just nerves or a fluke, he can easily slip into the top five.

his short game on the back nine Friday was phenomenal, 7 single putts and he missed one on the last where his lead could have been 6!!!!! better have a green jacket looked out for him on Sunday night!!!😂
Called it, everyone was talking about JT, and he’s been playing ok but not like scheffler. He’s been lighting it up this last month and a half and today was no different.
@@Bruins-vq5ey nah dude, Jon Rahm was favored, then JT. Scottie was 5th according to Vegas. Dustin fricken Johnson was ahead of him and he hadn’t done much to show that he was playing well. Went on RUclips to catch up on the status of the 2022 Masters. This was the 11th video as I scrolled down. The first 10 we’re related to Tiger Woods whose third round performance was his worst round ever at Augusta National.
He's definitely hot, you can tell with his footwork that he's doing something instinctive that he'll have to find a permanent solution for later, but don't mess with it now!
@@dredscott7740 I dont even follow golf and iv got a bet on him. Took 16/1 about 2 weeks ago. My comment still stands and I dont understand why your so proud of yourself 😂

I could watch these every shot videos with no commentary all day
Yeah it's so efficient and entertaining to watch this format
He plays so comfortably with all shot shaping. Fun to watch.
I don't love how his back foot scoots out on follow through, looks unbalanced but it's working for him
@@acaughey09 Apparently its a deliberate move in order to prevent his hips activating too quickly and leading to big cuts and slices.

Masterful performance, by far the best in the world at the moment

He has a solid all around game and a great, humble but confident attitude...should be fun to watch for years

Amazing short game. I lost count how many up and downs from off the green he had. Fantastic.
So smooth in everything he does
I love to see this from the Texas golf hall of fames perspective my son looks up on him so much
Scottie what’s the hardiest thing right now?
Picking the dinner for the 2023 Masters!
Scramble on 17 was incredible. What a par.
Scheffler's been studying Palmer with those follow-throughs

A touch of seve’s style with this guy !
Guy is absolutely crushing it
I love to watch this guy play. Reminds of Seve at times.
He struggles abit with balance and had some interesting foot action, that tee shot at 10 was crazy, great short game
Maybe it’s the gusty Georgia winds
Yeah that footwork is rare to behold. To me it indicates a lot of confidence in his game. Not a single tentative shot did I see in the above video,
Lets go Scotty Cameron
This is Golf at its finest Rn
Tiger may not win but his names on the bottom of the shoe of the man in the lead. 🐐
Think he's gonna double his lead by the end. Unbeatable!
He putted so well from within 6 feet - essential at Augusta
That putt on 9
If anything the recent past has shown is scottie should enjoy his number one status now because it won't last long. Playing out of his mind right now!
Scottie walks up to every tee box and chooses violence
if scottie keeps playing like this he's going to be hard to beat.
He seems to be just enjoying playing
man the world #1 is playing some crazy golf recently.
Over the top swing but works don't know how but it works
Looked like he was going to fall over on quite a few of those shots, strange swing but it works.
Coronation. Get em Scottie

Its funny how Tiger is wearing fj golf shoes and Scottie is wearing TW nike golf shoes😅
Scottie might be playing Taylor Made TW irons
I’m wearing my vintage Jack Purcells

It’s gotta be the shoes

Geez…… at least a little audio would be nice.
Who is this Scheffler character? I thought the only real competitor at the Masters was Tiger.
