@tamsintarshish3905 I'm change my diet God been telling Me if I change my diet I will feel better. What foods you eat and snacks? Have changing your diet made a difference for you? The medication doesn't seem to be helping . Taking esomeprazole.

Here is a link to his RUclips Channel. www.youtube.com/@martinandrewsmith/videos. The main piece used in the video is called "Worship The Savior". I personally love listening to it. Martin says he reads the scriptures, prays, and then produces the music as the Holy Spirit Leads him! Love it!
