phantom do you select or deselect notify subscribers when you upload? if you deselect the notify subscribers your videos will go to everyone who is not subbed. either way keep up the great content!

For shorts it gets toggled off, but you know what, I'll turn it off for the next 2 weeks of uploads and see if it does anything. Typical knowledge had been to leave it on for long videos and turn it off for shorts.
