I cooked this recipe today ..but I don't know wht i done wrong ...thodha khata jyda and sof ka bhut jyda fragrance a rha hai and also so much masala in grave , my in-laws are not comfortable with heavy spices.

This may turn out to be a good one but its NOT AUTHENTIC... I am Kashmiri and we have never used Jeera or Tomamto or Cashew or Jeera Powder or Clove Powder in Dum Aaloo.... Also, Potatoes are fried before adding to the gravey.... This is U.P. style Aaloo Dum and not Kashmiri Dum Aaloo.... I havn't pressed dislike button because I am sure it would be a good preparation but its not authentic.....
