Quick question. I wanna get in to agric spraying drone biz but im not too clear on whether, in addition to the sprayer, i need to also purchase a mapping drone like the DJI M3E RTK + the DRTK-2. Thanks P.S. I reside in Africa.
Drone spraying will never be practical until the drone can work autonomously. I don't want to spend all day filling small tanks and swapping batteries.
Then its not for you, the drone does work autonomously you just have to fill it. Your argument is the same as saying cars are not practical because they do not drive themselves.
@@Landrew0 yes, but don't you have to refill its tank when its lands? Its just a bigger drone made by a tractor company that has locked down operating systems and forcing electric junk down our throats.
@@Landrew0 On top of that you only want it automatic because you cant even fly a drone in the first place, to be honest I am impressed that you managed to fly a drone into guy wire. therefore, you should open your mind to other possibilities and accept the fact that farming requires a little more work than just filling a tank and charging batteries.
Great in-depth explanation for those of us interested in this industry

@@ToastersNBathWtr John Deere has already developed a fully autonomous drone spraying system. The rest of them will never catch up.
