I think you and all the youtubers that make this kind of videos are taking the mp too serious pretending too much seriousness from other players. The SP is cool, NPC cars make the game enjoyable and stimulant.. but what's the fun in the mp? What are the pros of playing it instead of the SP? Empty roads everywhere, rubber band lag that makes impossible traffic and approaching other trucks that are going fast are key aspects of the mp.. so what's the point of playing it? The only thing that MP gives compared to the SP is meeting other people, but what's even the fun in meeting other people while driving a fucking truck? So don't blame people who go fast or drive reckless or have stupid behaviour, cause they're just trying to get fun from a game that can't offer it...
It's not about racing or making damages on purpose, it's about driving carefree and relaxing without having to think to traffic and respecting road rules
They don´t have to drive like in real life...I´m also don´t do this...but if they crash into you just because of fun or if they rush over a red light with 120 km/h, it´s not funny...for stuff like this they should play GTA V or something ;-)
