Just ordered the 85” QN90C today for $2399! $2549 shipped directly from Samsung! Went to Best Buy and after comparing to Sony X90L, TCL QM8 and Hisense U8K I went with SAMSUNG!
Great review. The prices on these new TVs are crazy high. I need an 85in for our family room and in Canada the price is ridiculous. I'll wait for next spring when the clear-out sales begin and snap it up for far less. Would love to buy it now but can't justify the pricetag right now.
Why not just finance it directly from Samsung? On top of financing they have pretty good deals going on. I just financed this TV at 65in at 43% off no interest. The 85in is 46% off and comes out cheaper than the normal price of the 65 in
Just picked my 65 inch up last week, Definitely a huge improvement! I compaired and watched a bunch of reviews on different tvs. The C3 was about to win it for me and this one at the last minute stood out and I couldn't be happier!
Grabbed one today for $2175.00 Getting the XBox X for Christmas. Have a massive sub woofer and a really nice Yamaha receiver with high end 5 speaker surround. Just set it and can’t wait till Christmas to play some games on it and see how it looks. I wanted the LG G3 but they were sold out everywhere. The G3 got the best gaming reviews but this Samsung was right there. I let you know after Christmas. The instructions were a joke but didn’t really need them as it’s all online anyway.
Planning on getting this in the 85" size soon. OLED is out of the question due to how many windows are in my living room that also faces the lake. Way too bright for OLED. Can get the QN90C in 85" directly from Samsung for $2340. I don't do any gaming. I also don't care about the audio from the TV itself as I already have an elaborate surround sound system in my living room.
Seen this in real life and yes this tv is better than oled because it get great picture quality but yet is super bright and the motion is great incredible! I mean you are the rocket ship
just got this for 50% off the price, people with limited money like me can't really be choosers at this point with sales, i'll take what i can get on sale
Anything above 1k is not limited money. It is quite an expensive TV. It should be close to perfect as possible. But unfortunately it has a lot of flaws. Thats why the prices are discounted
I'm getting a 55" for use as a PC/gaming display. It will be replacing an LGCX OLED that has severe burn in. As of today, at Crutchfield and other bigger vendors, its going for around $997.99!
Nice review! I have the 75" qn90b but I watch almost all sdr content from dish. The qn90b does not upscale that well, is the qn90c that much better? Or is Sony still way better at upscaling?

nice review, tho for me to return on an ips panel again will need so many good reasons.i know that cause of the mini led backlight, the contrast is high for an ips panel but would be great to see this tv side by side with a sony x95l ,that would be a good test. nice tv tho and input lag is really low.

At the price the set has made more than happy with its overall picture and surprisingly good sound. It’s is spectacular with a good 4k feed. No regrets
I just set up mine that arrived 2 days ago. 75in .. I don't know how to feel about it either. Like there is something just not up to par. I don't see sharp enough 4k upscaling. Lots of blooming and DSE. Only thing spectacular about it is the sound quality and the many HDMI options
