I wish I would have picked up the Betty Boop palette. You're right, it did seem like a red palette, but there are some really amazing shades in there. The Ensley Reign palette does look stunning. I haven't tried anything from the brand yet.
I think in terms price vs quality from indie eyeshadow palettes the Betty Boop was a very good pick. With Ensley Reign I would be bit picky and only buy a colour story you really think you will get a lot of use out of.

I think the only Glamlite palettes I bought, I waited until I heard reviews on them, but with that one it didn't stick around long enough for me to decide. I think you are right about picking a color story from Ensley Reign, too. They are more expensive, so I want to be a bit more thoughtful when I decide to pick one up.
