Pretty sure this is an old video. The Beat on Brat icons are bats. The legendary weaps in the wild have been patched out since 1.3.

They put it back in 1.52? It hasnt been in that spot for months.
Is this on version 1.5? I tried going there today but only got a handgun muzzle, not the monowire :(
Seems like loot from containers is random in patch 1.5, keep trying by reloading previous save game
@@AgentRupal I reloaded like 20 times and got the exact same item efvery single time. THen I gave up and went on doing some missions, so I'd rather not go all the way back now.

Was there now to find monowire, but no. There was a legendary hat now at this place
