Q: How do you know what to do and how do you have the courage to act?

This year's tactics and training is heavily influence by last year's post deployment after action reports.
The closer the relationship between the door kicker and the various training departments, the better.
In a combat unit, especially the special, by selection only, type units, brotherhood is strong. No one is alone. Everyone knows that their individual survival depends on EVERYONE knowing their job, doing their job, and relying on their training and their equipment.
That's the plan. Whether or not every single individual can stay focused 100% of the time, every time, is what makes combat an unpredictable venture.

Haha ya my sarcasm tends to come out the most during those super tense scenes. I'm not sure what that says about me as a person
They set the atmosphere so well in this movie. The way it's shot, the sound design, the music choices. I felt it was a little weak on character development, but I think the story is more about the atmosphere anyway. Reminds me more of a horror movie than a war drama.
I would agree with most of that. It felt very similar to Sicario to me

I thought this was a good watch. Probably watch it again this Independence day.
I think the president is fascist in this world, so CA and TX basically put their differences aside to go against fascism. Florida is its own alliance, separate from TX and CA and the US. Florida is most of the confederate states, Texas and CA are mainly the Southwest and a little boat of Midwest. And surprisingly it looks like The Northwest and Upper Midwest is its own thing and possibly in an alliance with China. So split in 4 but mainly a battle between The Western Forces and the US which is mostly the East Coast and Mid East at this point. And Apparently Hawaii is with the Northwest Alliance and China and Alaska is with the US still, which is surprising because I would have figured Russia would’ve just taken it back during all this, very interesting world but not impossible as I do believe fascism is a good enough reason for CA and TX to team up.
Truthfully i could see states trying to secede from the united states. A california, texas and florida alliance is which one of these three dont belong.
