Taking my SUPER73 RX to WORK!

first ride to work. Very different now that we cant go in and out of traffic and we now have to use the bike lane. Very weird watching cars fly passed you when my other bikes have been able to keep up with traffic. Few co workers show up in the video. One of my co-workers "matt" really wanted to ride the bike and test it out so I get his thoughts about it! Watch the video to get his feedback on it from somebody who doesn't ride ebikes like the rest of us.

Since you have to ride near the bike lane with this one, except when you need to turn left, you really need to get a mirror asap so it's easier and safer to get in the left turning lane when there's traffic.

The Super 73 is good for the bike lanes try not to ride with traffic . . . We know you want to do it.
Sad thing about riding this bike and others like it you always want to go faster.

I think the Super 73 is a perfect cruise bike for the beach or small compact cities trails etc. it is definitely not the best way of trance for Tatian if you need to go a very far distance across your city even though you could. If I’m gonna ride my Super 73 it’s going to be for pleasure and fun and to relax. If I have places I need to be on definitely going to either take a car or my modified sur ron.

Does the bike allow you switch from pedal assist to full throttle on the fly?

Either or whenever you want. Pedal assist is always on. You either use it or don’t.

I believe it can but you block some of the lcd screen for your mph and battery voltage depending on your phone size

Hey there great video as always! I just started following you on Instagram, I was wondering, do you know of any possible way to make the Super73 RX go faster? I've built my own DIY ebikes in the past and own some high performance scooters, I just got a Super73 RX because it looked like a good blank board to build stuff on, maybe replacing the hub motor? Thoughts?

yeah u need a more powerful hub motor. like a qs205 and a different controller and battery like a 72v. might cost you as much as a brand new super73. super cool stuff tho. id love to do one on mine lol

@@MrCentralDriver Thanks for the reply! I was thinking of a QS205 5T or QS273 5T (probably too big?) and somehow make it fit into the frame, what controller would you recommend? What do you think of the ASI BAC8000? I have a Panasonic 72v 20s5p bought from Luna Cycles like over a year ago laying around, I plan on trying to use that, don't know if it will work yet
