whats the point of using gloves if you are touching EVERYTHING with the gloves on? cross contamination for the win here man
I lovely recipe but this is not Confit it needs to be cooked in duck fat to add so much flavour so much moisture and the texture is melting in the mouth okay health police it is not healthy but you don’t eat it every day
