That vintage early 1950s Triumph chop just exudes class. I remember buying the David Mann poster, "Hollywood Run," when Ed Roth was advertising outlaw bike posters in hot rod magazines. Artist Robert Williams did the artwork for Roth's ads in those car mags. I'm sure the new owner of that gorgeous Triumph chopper will definitely appreciate all of the hard work and inspiration that went into its construction. Thanks, Jared, for creating and posting this video.
Would love to have that bike!!!!!! I was born in 51 so it would be special. Don't know if you modify your gas cans but that one you have is terrible to work so for anybody reading this take the spout off pull the O ring off and cut the spring down and it will make it so much easier to use.
Actually.... if that's a 3/4 gal. tank, then you need to add about 25% to the mileage to calculate MPG. That would be almost another 10 miles. Therefore, Hollywood Run is actually getting EXCEELLENT fuel mileage at roughly 49 to 50 MPG!!! Great job, Jared!
That bike is absolutely beautiful. I am glad I got to see them both in Louisville. Still have pictures on my phone. This one should be reunited with the other one at Barber. Ride safe.
Boy, I sure wish you were handing it off to me. 39 miles was pretty close to what I guessed. (41) One of my favorite All-Time bikes. Jared, you are truly a Wizard. Peace. Eric in Kissimmee.

That was amazing... I guessed 41mile.. love that bike. Hope you enjoyed Milwaukee. We are still cold up here. Bike will be out in full force soon. Thanks for another awesome video!
39 miles from a 3/4 gallon (US) tank? That's 52 mpg! (US) (US gallons smaller than Imperial) That's 62.45 MPG in British money! ...lol VERY GOOD mileage! I'd wager that's better than 1951 when the bike was built?
The very first time i saw that tank, i had the same question. While i wouldnt change a thing on that bike, ive preferred big tanks. I split my 4 gallon tiger tank and widened it 2". It holds about 5.75 now.
MANN! My heart! i wished way too hard for that one, I do still have my sticker and it will go on my helmet if I ever find one that will fit me so however much that helmet is , it will be worth at least 100.00 more. LOL I thought I found one, bought it online it was a C2 and it came with the package broken into and a little damaged. Like the age of it was not enough, anyway, when the case is settled and I get that money back I will try for something else. something newer too. buying a used helmet is sketchy asf. i didn't realize till this incident. i don't want a Chinese one but also, I don't want a gnasty ass 20 year old one either. This bike though, wowser, I know you would know exactly how much the winner would have liked it if the winner would have been me because i would not be able to keep silent about how awesome that is.

such a gorgeous bike, you really outdid yourself on the build of that bike, glad you're getting one last ride in before it's given away.

Just crossed my mind, it would be rad if you did an episode with the Lowlife Chopper Podcast boys!
Good Day Weems Motor Co!

I think she still did alright. Such a small gas tank and all, Great custom Triumph Thunderbird.
The very first time i saw that tank, i had the same question. While i wouldnt change a thing on that bike, ive preferred big tanks. I split my 4 gallon tiger tank and widened it 2". It holds about 5.75 now.
Sweet machine. Totally cool 😎
I think so too!
Rock and Roll!
So - useful range about the same as putting the livewire on a highway. And this tank fills faster than a battery.
Damn that's really good mpg
That's actually pretty good. for 3/4 of a tank.
Shadetree said to leave a Weem for you.
The burning question has been answered. 11:58
So 48 ish mpg.. not too shabby
So cool!! I've been wondering that since you built it.
Glad you like it!
Me too....

39 joyful miles which you struggle to beat the experience of achieving
Hey Brother Shadetree sent me here!
Welcome!
I see you put the new clocks on your Bonneville
Not bad, 9.7 miles per 1/4 gallon or 52 miles if you had one gallon!
So I guess it's not a touring bike? 😁
52 miles per gallon. Nice. :)
So close!
😎
My microphone didn’t work :(
💕💕💕💕
42.1 ? If you are ez with her
I'm gonna guess 45 miles
39 miles for 3/4 gal. tank is not 39 mpg.
😁😂🤣😎🇺🇲 nope it's not
