Dang. When Cary was talking about how much music was made by him and Micheal he wasn’t lying. Most of these songs were made even before BFB which is when they first used the OST
Its so funny hearing the original version of Crafting Our Friendship being referred to as "ICE CREAM YAY" outloud, that was just a dumb placeholser name i gave it because i couldn't think of anything else LOL Really great video! This really puts into perspective how much of an impact this show's original soundtrack has had, and it makes me even more grateful to have left an impact on it myself. (Also just a quick correction, I actually didn't do anything music wise for Thanks For 16 Years, that was all Griffin and Ian! I just helped to edit the music video)
nice video, there were a couple things wrong though 2:07 kind of nitpicking here, but i believe that thats just a square wave, not a pan flute 7:40 the variant used here is chug2, just chopped up a bit 11:18 minor error with the captions, it says "minutes" instead of just "mins" 16:14 shirtsong is actually a remix of Burst (or rather the drop of Burst Extended). in an ozgq stream you can see the file "burst no perc" in the same folder as shirtsong, along with a version of burst without percussion being used IN shirtsong. 16:18 it was released as just Burst, burst censored makes more sense to be remix track 12 32:06 breakup simulator lite did actually have some changes iirc, mostly in the mixing though so nothing too major but overall it is a solid video imo
Nothing to say about the first one. The Chug variant part was kinda an issue for me. I thought it was a Tent2 situation where it had minor changes so it was classified as a variant of the original. I originally said minutes instead of mins in a nearly finished version of the video (I made captions of said version that I reused for this version). I regret that part since a part of me thought “What if that theory isn't true?” Also, I didn't know Ozgq had a livestream with an unreleased Burst variant used in Shirtsong. Yes, I'm aware about that but Burst censored is now Remix Track 12? I only listened to the first seconds so that's why I thought it had no changes.
@@TubbybloxianRUclips on the remix track 12 bit, it's burst extended's drop (slowed to 126 bpm) with the vocal chops removed (save for the small bit with the violin). considering burst no perc, burst p2, and telling me v2 are all based off of burst extended, i think it'd make sense for burst censored to be the same. either that or the version of burst extended that's on the album. on the bsl bit, i understand as i didn't realize any differences until they were put against each other
Um, Tubby, not trying to be rude, but I think there is a mistake at 1:10, Cary didn't actually composed Canon, Pachelbel composed it, Cary arranged it.
Hey! Uh, I just have a question... Is the bfb ost/sfx royalty-free? Because I am planning to use them in a game I want to make (the game I wanna make isn't related at all to bfdi)

It woop da doo
This is an insanely good video i didn’t expect the bfdi ost to be able to take up a whole 35 minutes
Excellent video for die-hearted fans of the ost like me! Loved the in depth details and I also learned stuff I never knew! Great job 👍💯
FUN FACT: The BFDI OST released on the same day Don Toliver's 4th album, "Hardstone Psycho" dropped.

33:06 I believe that UT96 and RT16 are gonna be in BFDI:TPOT Volume 2 as well since both of them are composed by Coal Bones.

1:19 THATS EXACTLY WHEN IM BORN!?!?!
holy neph status
I love how Michael put his music on Symphonic
(Which is kind of a huge fuck you to DistroKid but I’m all for it)
Severely underrated!
Salmon Fiveyears was referenced in BFDIA 9
Yes... he said that.
@@chaotic_adamOfficial he said bfdia 10

technically, pachelbel canon is already public domain
@@hazyorange But Pachelbel is the composer of it. Cary didn't come up with the actual music, he only arranged it.
Fun Fact: Doo Doo-Dee Doo was reused in BFDIA 6.
Good video 😄
3:42 I noticed you said BFDIA 10 when it's actually BFDIA 9.
Omg how did you not mention ABACABA
yes
CHords..

By all means, my friend, go ahead and use them! Michael said he wanted us to use his music tracks for our projects.
@@ParaWarnerViacom Cool! Thanks for answering!🌹 I appreciate it

(Bonus Track) isn't actually apart of the album name, it's just signifying that it's a bonus track on the album.
