Love your vlogs and your dogs! Have you tried Zooplus yet? They have amazing pet food brands and deals on their website. Don't really go to Pets at Home anymore as the range is much wider on Zooplus, especially when it comes to natural dog chews.
Where in the process of buying furniture for every room in our house, although I'm not sure of your budget I would highly recommend Barker and Stonhouse and Indigo Furniture if your looking for wood pieces that will last a lifetime. Its a little pricey but worth the splurge as they both sell beautiful solid stuff.

I have no idea of the price range compared to what you already looked up but Simmons make the besttttt mattress and some of their bed are really lovely and personalizable! AND easy to clean if you sometimes have naughty little pups and cats like we do!! ;)
I have a small teething dog too and I got a toy like how you got with the strings at the end because it was really inexpensive but my pup kept eating the string and it almost tangled up in his intestines so be very careful with that toy around piglet!!

two little french bulldogs i followed on instagram died from eating strings off a rope toy :'(
silky owl OMG ARGH! That's scary! I don't think our dogs tend to eat them, but I'll definitely keep a closer eye on them from now on!
