About Professor Shivani Sharma

Her accelerated rise to a position of leadership at a young age from a non-traditional background is a testament to her passion for driving change and puts her in a unique position to help others achieve their career goals, especially those from under-represented groups.
Shivani is a recipient of the British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin award for research excellence and a finalist in the Public Service category of the Asian Women of Achievements Awards 2023. She lives in Oxfordshire and is a mother to two young children.

Jolel is a Chartered Health Psychologist, Practitioner Psychologist (HCPC Registered), and Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Westminster. Jolel has a background in health psychology and has previously worked in a variety of settings, such as prison service health care, commissioning in local authorities and charities in mental health.
