Just realized from watching your video, my 1997 Accord LX does not have the snorkel or Tube B installed. Should I look to get that part or just leave it? It has the opening at the bottom in front of the air box. Thanks
hey first let me say that your channel is a good one. i have infiniti i30 and the cruise will not set but the light come on do you have any idea what could cause that.
rassbobo I'd first start by checking simple things like the cruise shutoff switch its mounted under the drivers dash near the brake pedal. It's the switch on the left the one on the right is the brake light switch. The wires going to the 2 pin connector will be an orange and a light green / red stripe. Pull the connector off. With the brake pressed the switch should have no continuity. With it released it should have continuity. Also check the vacuum hose on the cruise control actuator vacuum pump if it's damaged replace it. It gets a bit more complex from here let me know if you need further info.
Is there any trick for extracting a bolt the previous owner never lubricated?
I overtightened one and it snapped off. How do I get the broken screw out with stripping the threads on the housing
I have a similar issue, were you able to remove the broken screw from the air filter housing ?
Same thing happened to me. What was your outcome. Did you have to get a new box or did you tap out the broken screw.
(anti-seize is for metals of different types that touch, especially under extreme conditions, less so rust-together of the same metal type.)

What will happen if I ride with out the ai box I have a little filter on it but it doesn't run if any moisture gets on it but runs great with out it
If you would have a sheeted bolt. What would you do? Buying a new box seems like a huge investment just for that
Remove the old shoulder nut from the lower box and use a standard nut and bolt.
