Well, this theory sound good but there is just things working against it.
For one, Julius and Lucius are essentially twins. Meaning they have similar enough souls to incur the same magic type. They have Soul Magic, which is suggested by their Grimoires.
The design of Lucius' has two Spades interfacing each other, which is a sign of the Grimoire beginning to two people simultaneously.
The only way Julius can have a different magic type is if Lucius modifies his soul to have a different attribute.

The problem about this theory is that it isn't possible for him to have Anti-magic.
When Asta and Yuno meet Julius and when Asta was healed by the Witch Queen, they both denoted that Asta was only able to use Anti-Magic because he had no mana. This is also shown against Vetto, where it will constantly suck out one's mana as well as weakens those who are struck by it.
Next reason is simple: Anti-Magic was created by Liebe. Liebe's rage from the death of Licita is what formed Anti-Magic given he didn't have mana either. It was never stated it was rare, because it never existed beforehand. There were curses that devoured surrounding mana, but those people still had mana. Asta and Liebe have none.
Also, Julius realized but he still had one magic, time. He didn't know that he was another soul. The Elves are what proved that the magic is not tied to the soul, but the body. All Elves used the same grimoire as what the body they were possessing, with the except being Patry who had his own grimoire because he got his at the same time as William(they were sharing a body for a long time). The grimoire in the sky was Julius' and Lucius' at the same time.
If you check the wiki julius is the kid form we see in the anime and manga and the adult form is his twin aka lucius using magic to look like julius

At first before even watching i heard that villian was lucious and also saw the character and when i started watching anime i remembered julius look exactly like lucious so i thought that would be a great thing but as time passed i literally thought julius and lucius were both different because julius character shown is such a kind being i forgot that lucius came from julius body so even if i got spoiled i still got the hype of plat twist
Lucius original magic was soul magic.......he then (yet to be revealed) obtained astaroths magic then after absorbed lucifero completely....hence now has three magic with body bone and blood magic indirectly

Yeah but here where there's plot holes on your theory one is that When Julius was born a white blank page 📃 was manifested with his birth and was present during his birth and what magic was that? We don't know all we know is from Julius himself that it's always been Time Magic and the Blank Page would always evolve adding new magic onto it in which he learned multiple types of magic and the grimoire became so big having many different kinds of magic from Bronze to Light as Julius is capable of studying magic just by watching so it's safe to assume why Julius was happy to meet Asta and Yuno and copy their magic, meaning he could've copied Anti-Magic as it's Liebe's magic.
My personal opinion is when he was transforming into a old lady he was either using a magic item or just using time in a weird way

I'm pretty sure the requirement to use antimagic is to have no magic at all. Remember when Julius tried to pick up astas sword? It started to drain his magic and he claimed that asta is the only one who can wield it because he has no magic. So he can't use antimagic

It's a good theory but the large hole in it is that only Asta and Liebe can have/utalise Anti-Magic as no one with Magic can inherit Liebe's Grimoire and Anti-Magic is the power Liebe accidentally created through his hatred of Devils. Alongside this Lucius notes Asta a Magicless person as the "Flaw of The World" Lucius would likely have not accepted a Magicless vessel since he had no knowledge of Anti-Magic before Julius met Asta

I'm sorry but there's alot of things which are factually wrong abt this short, lucius has 8 different types of magic specifically from himself and his family (not including other magic types hes absorbed) those being: time, soul, bone, space, gravity, body, blood, & curse. Also the idea of julius having a different type of magic while it isn't completely out of left field it doesn't make sense, he's been using lucius' grimoire for his entire duration in clover and since we know no one can use another's grimoire that would imply that they actually share not only a body but also magic which would also explain why julius can use time magic despite lucius being the one who made the contract.
The argument abt julius being like yuno doesn't make any sense either (just like yuno, patry made it very clear that only members of the clover kingdom would reincarnate as elves and yuno is the prince of the spade kingdom)

ok but even if this had the possiblity of being true, it would only make Lucius weaker due to the fact that we know anti magic would leak outta him which would make it extremely hard to utlize his time magic. Anti magic is also a unqiue type of magic, something that was only created with a magicless demon such as lieabe being sealed in a 5 leaf grimore and even that was rare as the only other 5 leaf grimore we've seen is Patry's and that was already taken by Zagred. Overall, this theory doesn't make much sense and contridicts a shit ton of the plot and build up of Black Clover

nah but the thing is, when fighting maraleona, riah proved that someone with magic can never possess antimagic, it conflicts with magic, Riah is an underrated character, as he can use ANY attribute he copies. Therefore, Antimagic is most likely not usable by humans with magic, as it would either kill them or become their sole attribute. Lucius can use magic, so although this is a cool theory (possibly even being correct for the sake of the plot) it is most likely not the answer. Also if Julius had Antimagic inherently he could have picked up asta's swords easily without losing magic in the earlier episode where he picks up each of astas swords.(around episode 20). Sorry to ruin your theory lol

Impossible though, the only reason asta is capable of wielding anti-magic is because he have no magic himself. So julius being a user of it is impossible because he can use magic and have mana in him. Which already defies the characteristics of anti-magic
