Lake Nakuru & Hells Gate National Park | The Perfect 5 Day Itinerary For Kenya | Things To Do

Part 2 of our African adventure saw us go from Masai Mara national park to Lake Nakuru and then Hells gate.After several months of meticulous planning, Kenya was a very warm and fantastic host. The warmth given by the African people was overwhelming. Lake Nakuru has a very different landscape to Masai Mara. It was a dust bowl with lesser vegetation due to the high salt content in the ground water. The major three wildlife attractions were the giraffe, the flamingoes and of course the rhinoceros. Hells gate national park gave us an insight on the topography and geography of this part of the world along with a bit of adventure activities in cycling, rock climbing and hiking. With this, we brought an end to our African adventure as we jetted out of Nairobi back to Mumbai with our hearts and souls filled with joy and gratitude.
