Customer forgot to add oil to his new machine and it seized up within a few minutes of running. We repaired it for him and show you the process involved.
very cool video guys i mostly watched it because i was curios how the inner workings are layed out on the two piston models. it's all seems to be pretty much the same on these 3hp models regardless of the manufacturer
I have an Italian FIAC one cylinder 1.5 hp air compressor. The conrod is seized on the crankshaft. Cannot find any visible screw, nut, or bolt to get the crankshaft off with seized conrod.
Anyone got a link where to buy the rubber oil pan gasket or conrods / any part's for this model
How much oil did u put in and which oil type is suitable SAE 60? Thanks
don't know the exact amount but just until it's 3/4 way up the oil level window. Sae30.
Thanks
Thank you 👍

The cheap compressors do not have a split conrod . It just slips off.
But finding replacement Conrods is a nitemare.
