Happy birthday everyone and have a bright holidays season I think he and her are done being in hospital without anyone visiting and their families are losing faith and hope for the grandmother and grandfather who will never live the same again they are doing alone and the two oldest are sick and have the worse separation disorder this city has gave them once again they live in different worlds and can not be together. His and her little sisters and they they brothers are missing one another and they won't make it back to the farm where there great grandfather lives for no holiday season for he has went for a test to found out he was not well. First nation's band director and members Shirley and father Wayne have lost it all after always having family values their whole lifeline only to never get water right or first nation's housing .

I am now 76 years old and have been Meditating since the age of 12. This one thing regarding sitting Zen has always brought a smile to my face and that is every time I sit, stand, move or lay to slide into that peaceful state of Meditation I know that there are "MILLIONS" of other brothers and sisters all over the World doing the same thing with me no matter the time of day or night.

My life has not always been easy. I struggled with addiction for several years. I’ve died and come back. And now I’ve been sober almost 5 yrs and have been meditating for 5 yrs but my grandma and mother passed away in 2022 and last thanksgiving 😢I haven’t been able to really meditate after my moms passing. Nothing in life that made me happy is making me happy. But I’m going to try again because I kno this helped me w my self care and to stay sober.
I know you don’t know me and I don’t know you but what I do now is the universe has a plan for you, everything will fall into place, believe in yourself, connect with your soul, I hope you live the life you deserve.
In all the noise, once I turn this on, I feel like I'm okay. And don't even get me started on the comments. You sweet people sent from God are seriously helping me through it ❤

Had really big anxiety attack and home sickness I'm from Arizona and I recently moved to PA with my sister to start a new chapter of my life but gosh the homesicknes gets to me. This video is helping and so calming. I just hope in the near future things will start to look up.
Much love brother/sister. God loves you. Sometimes home sickness is your heart calling you back “home”. I moved across the country during Covid. No family and a couple friends I kinda knew from HS that already lived there.. long story short, i ended up back home about two years in. It taught me that life is not the same without family. That does not mean don’t chase your goals but for me, that’s what I took it as and it’s helped me heal and grow tremendously. Stay strong! Listen to your heart! Talk to your family! You’ll know the right thing to do
