While this elevator was originally AC-1, it seems that the controller has been replaced or modified to use VVVF. The elevator permit website says that the model of this elevator is VVVF “모델명: VVVF”. The levelling shown in the video also appears to be very smooth, whereas AC-1 elevators tend to have very abrupt stop when levelling. I think the elevator permit website is correct when it says that the model is VVVF.
