She voted Wayne Williams guilty in the Atlanta Child Murders. Here's why

- She kept her reasons under wrap for nearly 40 years, but now one of the jurors responsible for finding Wayne Williams guilty is speaking out.
She did her civic duty in that case. Heard the evidence and then with 11 other people convicted him. Wayne is never going to get out, he's going to die in prison.

He's guilty. A young boy identified him as the killer. He tried to abduct a boy who knocked on the neighbour's door to escape him.
It’s beyond sad to think someone is capable of such horrible actions, to harm another human being :(

Wayne Williams did it. He was caught dumping bodies over a bridge. People in Atlanta didn't want to believe that a young Black member of their own community could be capable of doing the murders. The KKK was blamed because they were a likely suspect, a catch-all boogie man. WW was arrested, the murders stopped.
This case is a lot like Lee Author Alan (The Zodiac Killer). He was never convinced of the killings, but all signs pointed to Lee, including being positively identified by a surviving victim, testimonials from people who said Lee claimed he would do the murders before they happened, and the murders and p
harassing phone calls to the police stopped after Lee died.
Just like with WW, although he was not convicted, all signs point to him being guilty.
Wayne was Not caught dumping a body off of a bridge
@@rucianapollard4057 A splash was heard. His car was spotted on the bridge were the body was thrown at the time it was thrown. The fibers on the body matched the fibers in Williams' car. He was not caught with the body in his hands on the bridge, but he was caught.

The police officer said he heard a splash, but did not see what made the splash. A body was recovered days later down stream and they believed Wayne dumped it. However, after a few experiments they also said based on were and how the body was found it's difficult to determine that Wayne actually dumped that body. They relied heavily on carpet fibers evidence that had been contaminated..Wayne was a pawn in a much larger game..✌

If I was a bank robber successfully robbing banks yet someone else was arrested for all of the bank robberies in the area, I might quit while I am ahead?...that being said, Wayne was one of several people killing those children (Charles Sanders, Larry Marshall, Jamie Brooks, retaliation, family/friends).

Yea I just don't think he did it all alone. I understand the murders ran as late as 1985.
@@Iamhermajesty9 that's the issue though...nothing WW past suggest he had any of that going on...he was a talented student, loving home, no incidents at all. He was thought to maybe be a closeted homosexual but that was only revealed later...if WW had more involvement past procurer and john it was likely due to his insatiable desire for attention...
@@kawirocket88 well,,there were murders of young people well past his arrest. Many people will try to offer that as evidence that WW is innocent...but most of those murders past his arrest are easily explained to drugs, street crimes. The MO changed and the demo of the victims changed. Now, what is worth noting is that in the midst of the ATL Child killings the Klan was investigated and members claimed they would also be killing black women in route to a race war...if you look at the manymurders during this time frame before and after, there is a steady stream of missing and murdered women that went un investigated thoroughly.
@@julianisaac6004 yeah but being an anomaly isn’t proof of innocence. Think about child molestors who are normal successful people even some working with and around children. The very fact that they can compartmentalize and hide their deviant nature is what allows them to offend, sometimes prolifically and for years because of how normal they seem
People are in denial and don’t wanna believe he did it. Some people actually wanna believe it was a conspiracy or the KKK did it. At this point it actually what the individual you ask want to believe. Me personally I think he did some of them but I think it was more unrelated killings that happened that were grouped together and were never investigated properly for example one of the little girls who were murdered was mostly proven she was murdered by her own family and it was blamed on the person responsible for killing the children. Why charges were never filed I can’t tell you but from what I’ve seen the Atlanta PD basically proved she was murdered by a family member. The truth on a whole will probably never come out but I think the right person is in jail.

You’re the type that wants to believe, key word wants to believe, that someone else other than another black person committed these murders, but you’re probably also the type of person who will witness a black against black murder and stay silent and actually protect the killer and lie to the police. Please explain to me how a white person would have been able to go in those neighborhoods and not get noticed?
Kevin Shell that theory is such hogwash. WP dressed in uniforms, policemen, utility workers, salespeople, and people buying drugs regularly came into the area. Plus most kids went missing after they went to the store, the arcade, or into town (neutral areas). However in a couple of cases, a boy was chased into his house by a White man with a scar. Read the case files. The Sanders were KKK members caught on tape talking about they killed these kids and a police informant testified they told him they did it. Do research on the case.

For all the folks saying he’s guilty of killing all those children why has he never been charged for their murders 🤔 and don’t say because he had already been charged with the adult men murders if he was guilty and they had all this evidence that linked him to the killings of those children he should have received a life sentence for each and every one of them but he wasn’t which speaks volumes

No, jurors are interviewed all the time after verdicts. It is their choice.
I think grand jurors aren't allowed to go public.
