This is a good teaching. Thank you. I believe that the Jewish calendar is not God's calendar because it doesn't align with Enoch or the Mazzaroth. I believe that the 360 day prophetic calendar isn't God's prophetic calendar either. He's not the author of confusion. He has one calendar because He's echad. The calendar beginning with Adam and Eve getting banished from the garden is a fable. Scripture doesn't tell us that God changed His calendar. I believe He was getting Israel back on His original calendar because they had been in Egypt for so long, they had adopted their calendar. God's calendar wouldn't have leap years. Adding to the days of the year is like adding to the Word.
The division over the calendar is a historic fact. The Essence refused to adopt the lunar calendar. They followed the solar calendar & they called themselves the son's of light & the Pharisees & Sadducees "the son's of darkness." They also used that terminology because they never adopted the "oral Torah" the Pharisees brought back from Babylon, or stopped believing in the afterlife like the Sadducees. Ken Johnson's RUclips channel covers all the calendars in great detail.
just a point of correction .... the julian calendar that you refer to .... that was used for nearly 1200 years ... was introduced by constantine the great this is a bit different to the calendar reforms of julius ceasar in 45bc .... and the latter additional reforms of augustus ceasar in 12bc ...
One thing that confuses me always, when I hear that the 7th month (Tishri) is the start of the new "civil" year (and you, Louis, said, it goes back to Adam and Eve). When God said, that Nisan is the first month, did he a correction of his calendar that started with Adam and Eve? Does he need a correction of his own calendar? And please, show me in the Bible, that creation started in Tishri! For me it sounds confusion, religious year and civil year ... What worth does have a civil year when it is all about godly standards? And God said Nisan is the first month!
You are on the right track but keep in mind that the current Hebrew calendar didn't exist at the time of Christ. It is likely that the Jews were using a 19-year metonic cycle based upon the Babylonian calendar but even this is not certain. Furthermore, one should consider the entire chronology of the OT (at least up to the end of the Babylonian captivity) in the context of the ancient 360-day solar year.
@@soteriology400incorrect. Read the DSS (dead sea scrolls), Enoch and Jubilees. They clearly tell you that's God's calendar is solar. 30 days for each month. There are also 4 additional days for each season. Each quarter is then 30,30,31 which totals 364 days. A complete year is 364 days. The moon is only 354 days. Also read the book of Revelation. It mentions time, times and half a time, 42 months and 1260 days. 42 months x 30 days for months = 1260 days. 42 lunar months does not equal 1260 days so lunar is incorrect.

This view of the 2,300 days has no merit. First, there is no historical evidence showing the Jews ever observed a 360-day year. The Jewish year is either 354 or 384 days in length depending on the cycles of the moon - never 360 days. Even if the Jews did observe a 360-day year, the adjustment of 30 days every seven years does not resolve the problem of solar alignment with the arrival of Spring requires an adjustment of 36.7 days, not 30 days if one is using a 360 day calendar. I have known these things going on 40 years now. So I have a keen sense of what they mean and how it all works. Concerning Jesus death on a Wednesday, yes that is true also. I marvel at tradition that calls it "Good Friday" and tries to cram 3 days and nights into one and a half days and nights, just to justify come kind of agenda. But it is what it is. All that said, I disagree with your assertion that summer is the church age. In fact, if you want to assert that the Feast of Tabernacles is the end of time, you must contend with the "Last Great Day", which is an additional day tacked on to the 7 days. The number 8 is important to God's plan and signifies total and complete perfection. The church is the end result of God's kingdom. We live in His kingdom now. We aren't waiting for God's kingdom because it is invisible. It lives within us.

30 A.D. I think is wrong. When I calculated from Daniel 9:34-27 there is 69 weeks of years from the command to go and rebuild Jerusalem to the coming of Messiah. In Ezra there are 3 commands from 3 kings to return to Jerusalem, but all 3 kings said to rebuild the house of God and not to rebuild Jerusalem. However in Nehemiah 2 King Artaxerxes agreed to send Nehemiah to return to Jerusalem for the purpose of rebuilding Jerusalem.. We are told that this occurred in the month of Nissn during King Artaxerxes 20th year of reign. Nissn is in March or April. Now the type of year is the Jewish or biblical year and that is a lunar year made up of 12 30 day months or 360 days compared to a solar year of 365.25 day solar year so to know how many days you have until Jesus return and then divide the number of days by a 365.25 day year. I got that 69 weeks of lunar years is 476 solar years plus 21 days. The 1965 Britannica encyclopedia says that King Artaxerxes 20th year was in 445 BC of the Gregorian year. The exact day I figured from Nissn 1 of that year. It was a day I don't remember but in early March. I am uncertain if it is figured from 445 or 444 BC because Nehemiah was dating this day from Nisan 1 of a biblical year and part of that year is in 445 and part in 444 BC. I figured from Nisan 1 444 BC. You add 476 solar years to 444 BC you come out with March 5, 33 AD. That's after you add an extra year since there is no 0 AD. Then add the extra 21 days and that brought me to March 26 AD for Jesus coming to Jerusalem as the Messiah. That happened at Jesus's triumphal entry. That's when Jesus allowed the people to cry out Hosanna to the son of David. Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord. About a week later Jesus was "cut off but not for Himself" (Daniel 9:25). By cut off it meant that the Messiah would be killed, but not for Himself tells us that He didn't deserve it. Actually you and I deserved it. Jesus died for our sins not His. I am not sure if my figures should be 32 or 33 BC. And there may be something not exact in knowing how many leap days to add. But my figures for Jesus's triumphal entry came out to March 26, 33 AD. Chosen People Ministries came out with March 30, 33 AD. That's pretty close to my calculations just 4 days different.
Do you hold to the traditional 3 year ministry of Yeshua presented by Eusabis 320AD or the just over 1 year or 90 week ministry presented by Polycarp, disciple of John? There was a 3rd Passover in John's Gospel added around 320AD which was not found in any earlier John Gospel Manuscripts. This addition of an extra Passover in Yeshua's ministry makes His ministry seem as 3 years. And leads to a huge gap from Summer to Spring with No record of His ministry. But without it we have a near day by day account of Yeshua's ministry. See Michael Rood's "The Chronological Gospels" Book for details. He lays bear the earliest known Manuscripts. Even the Hebrew Gospels which Jews & Catholics have kept hidden at least until the 1980's. Even after this evidence has been available for a Generation, Seminaries still hold that Jews wrote the New Testament to fellow Jews about religious matters in Greek and not Hebrew. They refuse to accept the Re-discovered Evidence!
@@christopherscallio2539I figured from Nehemiah 2. The 3 letters in Ezra all say for the house of God and say nothing about rebuilding Jerusalem. But in Nehemiah 2 Nehemiah asks King Artaxerxes to send him to rebuild Jerusalem. And this was in June of 465 BC. So the 20th year is in 445 BC of the Gregorian calendar. However Nehemiah said in the month of Nisan which is the start of the biblical year. 69 weeks of years is 483 biblical years. When you change 483 biblical years is 476 solar years plus 21 days. The problem I am unsure of is whether to calculate from 445 or 444 BC because Nehemiah mentioned the month of Nisan which is a lunar year that begins in March or April of a solar year. But if you figure from the Biblical lunar year that begins in March or April it is partially in 444 and 445 BC. So I am unsure if it should be 32 AD or 33:AD. But I am confident that it must be in one of these years. As for extra leap days I think there may be some but that is at best going to be 1 to 4 days off and not anything compared to the year that this video comes up with. I think the main problem is from which letter was Gabriel speaking of to begin the countdown to messiah's coming.
I don't think that using the Talmud to discern the year of the crucifixion and resurrection is "kosher". That is to say that the Talmud is NOT the word of God and therefore, possibly full of conjecture and error on many subjects and historical events and their dates. But you have a book to sell, right? Right. Many people have books to sell. Now hopefully in your book, you make it very clear that your dated "predictions" are founded on "conjecture ", NOT the Word of God. Have a nice day.
Nisan 18 is not First Fruits. Nisan 16 is, after high Sabbath of Unleavened Bread. Josephus wrote on the second day of Unleavened Bread, the sixteenth. ISRAEL BIBLE has the counting to after the seventh week. Otherwise everything becomes a mess. Messianic Bible Society also share this view. Without Shavout - no Pentecost. Full moon Thursday March 25th, 1948, at night, in is a great sign. Passover was Wednesday. Shavout - Pentecost was Friday May 14th. 1948 follow the same pattern as 2020 and 2023. Daniel 9.27 says that Messiah died in the middle of the week, ie Wednesday. 1948 confirms Shavout - Pentecost on Friday. Israel is the firstborn son.
Anyone who believes the book of enoch to be the Word of God saves me a lot of time, proving themselves fools before they speak. He reminds me of the endless verses that speaks of the wisdom of fools. A big bank account doesnt make you wise concerning scripture.
The Book of Enoch is interesting for several reasons, not the least of which is the familiarity of New Testament writers of the book and their quoting of the same. It's hard to even articulate what "believes the book" means. Your prejudice and disdain for what someone believes portends someone who possesses a thick skull, a stiff neck, and a hard heart. Or did I prejudge you for your beliefs?
Sorry, but a Wednesday Crucifixion directly contradicts the Gospels. This is not MY opinion, nor personal belief, but what is written in the Word of God. John 19:31, Luke 24:1. Harvard, like so many other things, has gotten it wrong.
If you'd spend at least as much time speaking on the actual facts as you did on the selling of your facts like some never ending fortune cookie, I might be able to get through a video. But a man who spends more time selling than speaking, is a man I dont trust has anything of value to say.
The earth doesn't orbit the sun. If you want to know how the solar system works, go read the First Book Of Enoch. If you cannot even start with this basic fact, it calls into question everything you present. Please rethink this.
First off, in 30 AD the 16th of Nisan would not occur on a Sunday by the physical sighting of the New Moon and the only date that meets that criteria is 33 AD. Secondly, it does not have to be three full days. He was arrested Wednesday night into Thursday morning and was crucified at 9 AM Thursday morning...

How do these dates align with the calculations of a partial solar eclipse over the area?
Have you taken into account the lunar calendar?
All calendars before 701 BC were 360 days long. Refer to Donald Wesley Patten’s book Catastrophism and the Old Testament for an explanation.

Isn't it Anderson off ripper fame that wrote a book saying God works on a 360 day cycle?
Please research Solomon’s calendar. They had 13 months depending on how ripe the barley is for Passover. Please review.
I tried using AI, and it came up with three different dates between the 3rd and 7th.

The Hebrew calendar was lunar based, anytime we go outside of this, we are likely to miss the mark.

"Advocates of this dating scheme calculate the time between December 6, 167, and March 27, 160, B.C., to be 2,270 days. Then thy add one month of 30 days for calendar adjustment because a solar year is 365.242 days in length. The total time, according to this formula, adds up to 2,300 days. If the Jews used a 360-day calendar with a 30-day correction every seven years, their calendar would be 27 days out of alignment with the sun in 28 years. No agricultural nation could survive this kind of error in their calendar." - danielrevelationbiblestudies.com

Jesus died on a Thursday. 30 ad

@christopherscallio2539 Polycarp was disciple of the apostle John, not John the Baptist.
