    Pete my good Friend.... I notice you cook on quite a high heat with the shrimp (seafood) do you do that to get a good char on them or do you like using a high heat because you dont have to wait around as long... :)

      Hey John. Yep I like the high heat for that smoky flavor. Although my home kitchen stove is not even close to my 35000 BTU range at my beloved restaurant.

    I can eat meat n veggies, but gotta find an alternative for the corn starch and the sugar... I'm type 2 diabetic now. Just have watch what I eat & I'm fine!

      I’m sure you can use Stevia as a sugar substitute. As for corn starch, cassava is a good substitute. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching and happy woking!! 😃
