@Dalton De Souza when you are mind controlled by an NPC, can they just use your class abilities or your items in the bags too (like the potions) ? Or your equipped trinkets too?
@@vados8500 depends on the NPC. some can indeed, use everything you have. some however, are limited to what they can use from your ability pool, like the jailer.

NPC controlled Asmon is a better PvPer than the man himself.
I remember in the ICC 2nd boss, we had a warrior called Sampabollo (this name is funnier if you speak Spanish, which I do)
Sampabollo was a full BIS warrior. When he was mindcontrolled, the raw damage of his Shadowmourne and Glorenzerg could kill you in a blink
As a joke, instead of just using fear or cyclone to control his actions while controlled, people would scream in TS "KILL SAMPABOLLO, KILL SAMPABOLLO!"

Jokes aside, i hope world content can actually be threatening for once, instead of just loot piñatas. This is an interesting mini-boss. I want the world to make me think twice about approaching certain mobs or minibosses alone
Shit in the open world needs to be designed for the lowest common denominator, fortunately or unfortunately. I think challenging content should be either solo instance or mythic level dg/raids, not in open world.
Open world and regular dungeons need to be accessible to button mashers amd people that are only capable of low APM. Heroic can be tuned for people that can do mechanics and their rotation simultaneously without fumbling and mythic needs to be the pinnacle.

Thats amazing. I think back in the day when enemies charmed other players, the players could actually for once kill other people. Dragon Isles was an expansion Blizz worked on but then cancelled and then brought back as it was in the files in like the early days of WoW. I swear this is expansion is too similar to TBC and Wrath. It feels exactly how WoW felt all those years ago

Imma say it...I've been having An amazing time with this expansion between seeing weapons with effects on them existing again and dragon flying is actually a nice thing to do. (Spent an hour just going around for fun) I do think maybe warrior tanks are a little bit over tuned. Mine is 2 levels from max and 50 ilvls below my blood DK and he feels tankier and does more damage to boot.
i feel you i have a warrior with 370 ilvl and I'm literally unkillable, I have been having so much fun in this expansion though. Feels fresh and more playful with all the new equip abilities, more interactive trinkets, and just overall more wonkyness to the game overall.

I feel the same with my prot pally. I just aggro and mow everything down with no CDs while the team respawns and try to survive around the mobs.
All the tanks are overtuned, it's stupid. They're healing themselves as much as a healer, and can pretty much facetank whole groups of elite enemies.
Imagine raid bosses with that but more than one targets.

I've had another NPC do this to me, one that made no sense to be mind controlling people.
Me and 3 others were doing the last hunt in a Grand Hunt. We were 200k hp from killing it when me a Prot warrior just like Asmon got charmed and just proceeded to merc to rest, which in turn reset the boss when we had 2 minutes left. RIP
letting yourself get merced by a prot warrior is sad cc or something lol

Every boss got a charm ability btw, so beware ! It happened to me too, and luckily i was grouped with 3 DH and 1 mistweaver, i can tell you that healer got a crit from my fire mage and he died instantly XD
