This RUclips channel showcases Poynting Antennas' products and technical knowledge. You will find a selection of RF (Radio Frequency) or EM (Electromagnetic Engineering) FAQ with their answers. We regularly show you our latest antenna releases with unboxing videos. Where possible we do internet speed tests where we show how the speed of your Broadband 3G or LTE connection increases by fitting a Poynting outdoor antenna to your router. Do you want to get more into the detail of our antennas and RF or antennas in general? Hello, could you please make available the CAD files of the PUCK-12 antenna along with the mounting brackets? we need to accommodate this antenna in our product and in order to design the suitable position for this it would be better if we have the CAD 3d files/step files to make the judgement of it..
Which antenna is best for LTE I'm using a Hauwei b618 on the rain network also looking for Something That is 5G ready
Would it be worthwhile to upgrade to the Puck 2 from my existing x Pol 1 antenna? I have the x pol mounted on a mast at present that is about 2m above the pitch of my home roof? I'm looking for better speed from my Lte router Model B315 . My current x pol 1 gives me 35 down and 25 up
Hi there, does the PUCK range of antennas (3 upwards), come with adapters that allow connection to TS-9 cables, please?
Are the mounting hardware made of plastic or metal? thanks
Would you advise against modifying the mount with a very capable neodym magnet plate? Similar to old CB-Antennas for cars. I saw the last slide with magnet but no mounting option in the video.
@@poyntingantennas now i do, thank you :) do you know what are the inteferences, gain loss with using magnetic mount?
Can you please show us a video of the PUCK-4?
@@poyntingantennas I'm trying to find out what connectors are available on each model and what type of connector each color represent. I don't see that on your website. I want to see a photo of each model with their connectors highlighted in the photo so I can see clearly.
I want to switch out my fm antenna to a fm radio puck antenna? Yes or no?? Thks
We don't offer FM radio PUCKS, but if you can find one I am sure you can change it without problem.
When I bought a puck ,it could not be used as the sma connectors need to have a TS9 convertor to fit the router, I had to go to eBay and order from China as they are virtually unobtainable in the UK, still not arrived. Maybe should be included as Haiwei routers are very common .
@@poyntingantennas Thanks for coming back, the model I have is a A-PUCK-0001-V1-01 it has one lead and my Huawei E5776 has only one lead connector. Imhave been told that two leads are needed for 4G reception. Is this true?
Hi. I have a Poynting directional 2x2 MIMO connected to my Teltonika RUTX11 router. I need also wi-fi antenna for this unit. Your recommendation please? B.R.Alex
Hi Alexander. You can use a PUCK-12 antenna that supports both the 2.4 - 2.5 GHz and 5.0 - 7.2 GHz Wi-Fi bands. More info here: poynting.tech/antennas/puck-12/

What kind of WiFi router would be suitable for Puck-5? Thank you.
@@poyntingantennas Thank you!
Is it standard SMA or RP-SMA?
Hi @cmorait, all connectors are standard SMA including the Wi-Fi ports however we do provide 2 x standard SMA to RP-SMA adapters as standard with each Antenna for Routers requiring RP-SMA on their Wi-Fi ports. Pieter Prinsloo, Support Engineer, Poynting Antennas.
