College kid here, make sure you schedule in time to have fun and hang out with friends (super important fr ur age) but if you have lots of schoolwork/ other obligations organizing yourself like this will put you ahead of your peers and improve your life! Just don't obsess too much over getting everything right every day :)
Honestly get a blood test bc u might have low iron ect I have low iron so my hair doesn't grow but I now take iron pills and it's growing I don't take them all the time bc I forget to refill hope this helps
