i started when i was 16 and i was my most beautiful at that age and literally glowing girls would see me walk by at school and call me pretty😭 but ever since i let my mindset get bad and gave up taking care of myself at 17 the second semester of school i got so bad my face got acne and i didnt care about anything and would have violent thoughts it really took a toll on my appearance. im 18 now and fighting acne and my mindset. i will try my best to get back to where i was and go even higher! I cant use pictures of 16 year old me forever😭
you are still sooo young, you have a lot of time to get better. focus on your health and your mind and looks will follow

You can try losing weights after 18. Cuz if you try to eat less now it will effect on your growing such as growing less taller, unhealthy body etc. so consider having a diet after 18 now just eat healthy foods ❤

I can't stop eating fries😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
do you make the fries or buy them? Cuase if you buy them I suggest that every time you want to buy some, instead of doing so put the money you would've used for the fries in a jar, and do that every time you want to buy fries. Then you can use that money you saved by not eating fries for like, skincare or something. And to really motivate you, maybe instead of just quitting fries start eating healthier alternatives, like sweet potato fries. This technique is how I do it, so... Hope this helps!
