My head canon:
South Elysium is Philippines as partially confirmed by jurard
But we know Indonesia exists in the HoloPro lore
So if we had to make them fit, it's probably a bunch of islands south of the Elysium mainland.

@@topazokenni4869 it could be that the ID was separated from south elysium and in order to go to the ID and back was by ship, but even though they are separated from each other they are still part of the South Elysium. they are an important asset for trades, and network all around the globe.
