- It took me a while to figure out how to install the roller lifter after it snapped off. Very annoying struggle. There were no RUclips videos on this at all, so for the good of everyone else who was struggling like me here is a quick video that shows how to install. 😀
You've saved me hours of struggling. I just pulled the roller lifter on mine to clean the bottom and it just popped right out! Since I didn't see how it was connected I couldn't figure it out. You're a lifesaver.

Genius! Two years later and this is still the only video that shows how to fix this "common" problem! THANK YOU!!!! I just liked all of the comments. There should be 10x more with all the views this sweet, short, to the point video has had. My brain just froze when that piece and especially the spring, popped out a few months back. Still usable on my short rugs but not well. Now I can get it fixed right! Thanks again!
That spring popped out when I was cleaning my vacuum. I literally tried for OVER AN HOUR trying to figure out how to put it back in!

Good goodness! That part popped off while I was vacuuming and been detached for over 6 months. I been using my broom to sweep my carpet which was a bummer. This just poped off while clicking this flat to clean the rollers. Plastic and a spring laying on floor. I was like hmm 😒🤔. I'll be damned. Messed with it for 45 min counting google search before I stumbled upon you. Man you are heaven sent. 😆. Couldn't even find this on manufactures site! Thanks bro! Crazy.

I have cleanview 9595-C there is no spring and I can't see where the spring would go, no info in manual or online...

Once the roller lifter is fully in, is it supposed to stick up or stay flat? Mine sticks up
It is suppose to look like/act like 0:37 - 0:40. If it doesn’t most likely it is a spring issue.
