@@tvvidchannel Even compared to western APCs the interior of the BTR is very cramped, early versions of it didn't even have the two piece hatch where the troops can dismount easier.

I have seen this in action and the troops had a hard time exiting the vehicle. Very slow to exit, very vulnerable to enemy fire.
