I agree. He didn't PUSH his vocal range with this. Mind you he wasn't going for the falsetto vibratos at top note. His upper voice was nice and controlled but you can clearly see he's not STRAINING. The notes I know are high and belted weren't hit. He cruised through this song.

Ive read a lot of comments...lots of hates.... but you need to read between the lines....those are compliments, theyve said its perfect that they couldnt believe how perfect his singing was. Thus give them time to listen to another song and see what will happen. But i know they gave so much of a compliment.
That is because you don’t appreciate such controlled smooth whisperish yet falsetto singing . He kept it all the way , flawless , sensitive , mellow yet captivating . Brian McKnight is one of his kind , and this song is hard to sing (controlling suppressing yet emotional ). Not many dare to attempts his song cause it will soon fall into dullness . He nail it . Not all singer and songs need to belt it out .
