Ain't it great? Get ready for your throttle lever to break, not the cable, just the lever. And rig it some other way because the repair will be a new, cheap, lever that will break again. But other than that, it's a really good and capable mower!
Ceramic coated my Cub ZT1 and the deck with Ethos Max the 1st day I got it. Let it cure for 2 weeks before I mowed. Super easy to clean with a 7 year coating applied.
Hey Mike, I haven't seen your videos for a while. Is the Cheetah still running about? Loved watching that thing do its stuff. Greetings from New Zealand 🇳🇿
@@MrPLANBswag You have a lot to learn about mowing grass just saying you don’t ever blow the grass into the grass you’re cutting for one that is why you have to cut it 3 times I can mow grass a foot tall and only have to make one pass.
I'm loving my zt1 42 in with the fab deck. Biggest complaint is the mulch plate/ plug doesn't properly fit and was clearly designed for the stamped decks and MTD just didn't redesign and manufacture a new one 🤷🏼♂️ gotta watch that bottom line I guess.
@@Something2LookAt Same. I just finished a prototype I designed and printed to help cover the gap, but it needs more work. If I get anywhere meaningful with it, I'll let you know!
It depends on the situation. If you're not cutting much off, then back and forth, making stripes is fine. If it's tall and you have a lot of room, then it's fastest to blow to the outside. But if it's tall and you're in a confined area, i. e. like here where you can't blow grass into traffic, then inward is the best method, to keep it contained.
That's not really inspiring when you have to triple cut everything. My Cub Cadet only has about 12 hours on it and the blades are already getting dull.
Who do you call when the Grass is TALL? TEAM CUB! ✔️💯💪🏾
I don’t think he knows about the cheetah guys lol
Oh, he knows. :)

I see you everywhere
I'm always impressed by what that little thing can do.
GREAT JOB.
Thanks!
I bought my step-dad the Cub Cadet ZTX4-60, and he loves it. His old mower was rusted and rotted beyond use.
Oh yea, the 60 is a nice one.
Mike, Celso from Brazil!!!glad to see you always doing an excelente job!
Thanks!
😮😮😮😮😮😮❤
Great video I think those are quality pieces of machines
I just bought this exact mower for my place..love it !

Great job Mike! Always enjoy watching you & that beast of a mower... Your Cheetah!!! 💪❤ The longer the video the better!
Thanks for the great comment. More coming...

Wow! That's a great idea!
That cub cadet works really well for being a consumer grade mower
I like how u start the video start to point 👌to cut the grass.
I hear ya. I've learned not to talk.
Times 50 very unique.
What blades do you use? I've noticed they cut very well in multiple videos. Thanks!
I am using the Oregon Gator G5 blades.
@@Something2LookAt Thank you for your response! I'll have to try those out!
Team cub always
Indeed! Join the team! These things are great!
sharp blades is the key!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Man,I really enjoy your videos!❤
Great! I'll make more!
Nice clean even cut. Blades are sharpened to the t........👍🏾

Yes, it's still here. I'll be filming with the Cheetah this morning on an overgrown duplex. I hope to have the video posted by Friday.
It really astounds me how many people have no clue how to mow lawns.
Ive been doing lawn care almost a decade. This was a great job considering it was way overgrown

@@keysautorepair6038Well when mowing a big yard you have no choice but to cut grass into grass 🙄 where else is it gonna go…

I am looking at making one. It would be tricky, but worth it.

@@DanJonesShow Cool! I have an aluminum plate that I was gonna hammer into the shape.
Hey, are those the blades that came on the mower or did you put another kind on there?
I have Oregon Gator G5 blades on there, but it used to mow pretty good really with the standard blades.
Awesome so can someone explain to me I mow three deferent ways this way, or the up and back, or I put the clipping to the outside which way is correct

What kinda grass is that and how long since it was cut last
The taller parts are Bahia grass, and it's been about 6 weeks.
@Something2LookAt thanks. I have Bahia in parts of my yard and it doesn't get anything like that thick. I would like it to be lol.
What happened to the scag???
It's still there. I have lots of mowers.
Watch out for the drainage ditch
I think he’s mowed this yard a million times doesn’t need ur two cents worth of information
Yea, that's quite a drop there isn't it.
@@Something2LookAt you got that right 👍
How do you miss a spot lol

Well, given the grass height and the weeds, it's understandable to have to double and triple cut.
Hes going really slow but with the video at 2x speed itblooks like hes going over it fast.trick photography.
It's moreso listening to my subs who tell me not to post in real time.
Work… kkk

Sped up, can't hear the engine correctly, nor the blades. 🤦👎
