during this year i’ve finally began to reach out for help and went to a therapist. Two days ago i I finally got a diagnosis and it’s been rough just wrapping it around my head. Frivvi your soft spoken voice is heavenly! thank u for ur work

That toe story was hilarious haha. I’m not an expert but my understanding was that some people have a higher density of motor unit neurons and can isolate muscles better. I think a lot of Olympic lifters are know to be this way.
A little raspy? Definitely not. The soft spoken doesn't get any better than this. Always nice to go back to the 3dio. It just has that comfortable tingles that's just right for sleeping. Personally Friv, I find friends to be quite an energy drain. Since my interests are quite different, it often takes a lot of effort to keep conversations going. Instead, I`ve learned to do this by applying a questioning-like format to conversations, i.e. asking people about what they like and why and such. Most of the time I found friends to be a temporary thing. You are somewhere and if lucky get to know a few people with which you can talk, but after some time this is split up again and I move on. For that reason I have not found this to be something stable; people come and go. I fully admit that it`s a me problem if it`s considered as such.

I agree with you frivi, I enjoy the classics. I am not a fan of roleplays or more complex asmr, don’t get me wrong they are cool and take a lot of work, but I am much more a fan of people just being themselves and doing soft and classic triggers. This viddie is perfect!
