Your point is valid -- it's largely a lifestyle issue, one that’s hard to avoid for most people in Pakistan due to their mindset. While unhealthy choices do play a big role, genetics also significantly impact cancer risk. Most people, especially in Pakistan, may not realize this, but even if someone has a poor diet, they might not be as prone to cancer as someone with a genetic predisposition. That said, genetics isn’t an excuse; lifestyle choices are still essential for managing health and reducing risk.
Agreed about genetics role but many genetics issues can be avoided or delayed by right lifestyle which includes food. Having Cancer in the family doesn't mean that everyone will get it but a potential of getting it is there but can be avoided with right way of living which includes many things. Thanks for your valuable input 👍💪🙏
