Firstly i would like to thank you for the great content you have I have request pls can you tell me what would be the difference in modeling secant piles instead of sheat pile Thank you
@@theengineer7732 thanks sir, my tutor asked me to create a model to reveal the excavation in the slope(soft clay slope, and at the same time I have to consider the rheological of the clay)I do not do how to get started....
Hello, I simulated a shear test with a concrete encased anchor,, at the top I set a point load, when the calculation was completed for some reason the model did not deform in any way and it was not possible to generate a unique load image for the reference point as the data showed zero, may I ask why this is?😢
Hello, I wonder why do we need to form the positive and negative interfaces ? I thought when assigning plate, it already has the interface. Thank you for your video, it's very helpful and informative.
@@theengineer7732 Yes, i've found it. Usually, I model the retaining wall with the steel sheet piles so I skip the interface a lot. But I learned that I should use them for concrete retaining wall. Thank you for your caring
It helps me alot, Thank you
Great to hear that

Thank you
You can model secant piles on plaxis
@@theengineer7732 in the same way like sheet pile or in different way
Please teach how to modeling of helical piles
Hello ahmed how are you
What might be problem when mesh is not created including structure?
What kind of structure
can you do a tutorial about design ring foundation for oil tank please ?
ring?
hi Sir, thank you , Very useful and clear, I would like to know what is the difference between the pile analysis as volume element and embedded beams.
in 3d or 2d
@@theengineer7732 in 3d
sir,13:52, the EA of anchor should be 6.5e5
It depends

Sir, what is the significance of contour area in plaxis??
hello, no specific area

Hello sir... could you please make video of Granular anchor pile
can you be more clear and give me more detail please?

Helloo, i have already made a video obout interfaces on youtube you can find it on my channel
