- In this video, we will show you how to code and program a fuel pump module (FSCU) on a 2018 C300, W205 chassis.
The fuel pump module on this W205 models is known as the FSCU module and is a high failure item. The replacement FSCU module requires coding and teach-in adaptations for successful commissioning. With iSCAN you can successfully code and adapt new FSCU modules on many chassis. If an existing FSCU module requires a software calibration lookup, our remote Support on Demand SOD network can assist with that task.
iSCAN makes complex functions simple. Check our other videos and articles for more helpful tips and procedures for Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Hi replaced the fuel control module but the fuel level indicator does not work properly but work on the old module. Does the fuel need to be full
Before programming the new module ? Thank you
Level does not have to be full. Use your scan and check function of the gauge as well as the reading from the sending unit with varying levels of fuel.
Do you have to do this or can you just replace the LPFP without coding? I've got CEL P008A P0087 and P2540, Mercedes-Benz Technical Service Bulletin Topic number LI47.20-P-061013LI47.20-P-061013 seems precisely the issue, along with the 15% fuel light come on, but not only is the in tank images of possible leak points different in my GLK 350, every hose i can inspect seems fine. Replacing the LPFP removes P008A, but P0087 and P2540 persists, not setting off the CEL, but in the background, is this coding? Replacing the LPFP also makes fuel injector 2 leak a little from the added pressure, need a new seal there. Would that set off a P0087?
Yes, it has to be performed.
I hate Mercedes, everything is a pain in the ass to remove, everything and it could be multiple parts to sort through for a trouble code
All modern vehicle have connected vehicle systems and require advanced equipment for testing.
