The sounds of Red-throated Divers

Soundscape recorded in Iceland, where Red-throated Divers dominate a complex of lakes, shared with other birds that are occasionally heard as well. Red-necked phalaropes come close to my microphones a few times. The audio and video were captured somewhat simultaneously though not in the very same location to prevent my presence having an impact on the sounds you hear.
The recording took place very early in the morning, most would still call it night but sunrise happens at around 3AM this time of the year.
